Meditation is about listening to the inner self, therefore it has something to do with controlling your attention and focusing. There are too much distractions that it is very hard for some to focus their attention into what it is important and keeping the attention on fixed object.
When focused on a fixed object or field, one-pointedness could be experienced and could take the person to a completely different state. This one-pointedness is not that easy to achieve though, there are some who would need to meditate for years to achieve it.
When one-pointedness is achieved, the person would experience bliss. Bliss is referred to as a natural state of the soul which cannot be experienced easily in daily lives. During this meditative state, spirituality and also the mind expands its consciousness and understanding of nature and the universe.
Destructive thinking and behaviour brought about by the materialistic and fast-paced world can be flushed away by focusing more on the your spirituality.
A deeper understanding and knowledge would be felt and the body would be in one with the universe. This they say would be what would link us to the Supreme Being. Attaining this one-pointedness could somehow be compared to a spiritual awakening, where the body and the mind can fully understand what cannot be seen or touch in the material world.

A lot has been said and written about the obstacles to achieving all round success in Internet Business Marketing, but this article is going to submit an additional five obstacles to the ones that have already been preferred by other authors.
A. Get Rich Quickly Syndrome
The major obstacle is the mad rush to get rich quickly without recourse to patience. Whatever business you find yourself in will require hard work, capital and patience. No matter the promises made by an Internet venture, one will still need to come on board with capital and time to invest. But most people believe that money is there ready to be collected with ease.
This is wrong! Internet Business is something that needs enough time and efforts to set in motion and once it starts nobody can stop it! Rome they say was not built in a day.
B. Inadequate Experience
Another obstacle is that most Internet businessmen and women do not have the requisite experience to successfully run an Internet business. The experience they say is the best teacher. Your ability to use a computer/laptop and browse the internet do not necessarily make you a guru in internet business.
Regardless of internet business experience, you may have possessed before venturing into it, you still need to do a lot of research on the business and carry out extensive planning. Above all, you need to be mentored by an expert in internet business to succeed in this business.
C. Inadequate Working Materials
No reasonable person goes to the farm without the needed work tools like Hoe, shovel etc to work when you get there. This is one of the obstacles to achieving success in an internet business because a lot of people enter into the business without the necessary tools. A would-be internet businessman or woman needs to equip himself or herself with a very good computer/laptop, internet connection and electricity supply. In the case of developing countries like Nigeria where the supply of electricity is epileptic, you need a good electricity generating set as a back-up in case of power failure. So these working tools are very critical to achieving success in internet business.
D. Information Overload
The Internet is the cheapest source of information and because of this, people send different kinds of information to your mail about internet businesses. The volume of information sent is so much that you may become confused and frustrated even to the point of abandoning genuine ones that would have been of help to you. The best way to get quality information that would be relevant to you is to search reputable and well-tested Forums relevant to your line of business instead of going through heaps of irrelevant information.
E. Prevalence of Fraudulent Internet People
The Internet is a breeding ground for Internet Fraudsters of different sizes and shapes. These people have succeeded in duping a lot of people out of their hard-earned living, thereby frustrating them out of an internet business. The best approach to solving this problem is to stop believing everything you are told on the internet. In fact, scepticism should be your watchword. Seek expert advice from mentors on internet issues and above all run away from people that promise to make a multi-millionaire overnight, they are fraudulent people.
So as stated in the opening paragraph, a lot had already been said and written about this topic and this one is an additional five obstacles to achieving success in internet business that has not been said or written before.

If you want to achieve financial independence then the internet is the best place to make it happen. You just need to know how the internet can give you financial independence.
A lot of people are getting online every day looking for a home business that they can do because they want to achieve financial independence that they have heard others have accomplished. Anyone can use the internet to make themselves financially independent. However, there are some things that you will have to have if you want to be a success online no matter what internet business you start.
When it comes to how the internet can give you financial independence, too many people think that all they have to do is start their business and wait for the money to come to them. This is not how it works at all. You have to do certain things if the internet is going to make you financially free.
One: It is very important that you have the motivation needed for your home business. If you don't work your business every day then you will not see results right away. You have to do a little something every day on your business because if you don't then you will never have financial independence.
Two: You have to want financial independence more than anything in the world. You are the only one that can make it happen; but how bad do you want it? It will not be easy to make your business a success. So you have to be prepared to do whatever it takes to make it a success. You also have to be willing to put in the time and effort to build your business because no matter what you have heard, it will take time and lots of patience. Adopt the attitude, I will not quit no matter what until I have achieved my financial goals.
Three: Multiple streams of income. You can sell only one or a couple products online but when you do you will have a very hard time achieving financial success. You will need to have over time, multiple streams of income every month. Everyone that is a success with their home business has multiple income streams.
These are not all of the things that you will have to do in order to achieve financial independence. However, they are the most important ones and the ones that you don't hear about all on the internet. There is a lot more involved when it comes to how the internet can give you financial independence but the above ones are imperative because, without even one of those, you will never have the financial success that you desire.
